High Barn

High Barn is a brand new three storey thatched barn conversion close to the iconic Happisburgh Lighthouse, offering luxury living for up to eight guests in four bedrooms which are all en-suite. There's also a private hot tub and EV charging point. Up to four dogs are welcome at no additional charge.

Field Barn

Field Barn is a brand new barn conversion all on one level, close to the iconic Happisburgh Lighthouse. It offers luxury living for up to six guests, with three en-suite bedrooms, a private hot tub and EV charging point. Up to three dogs are welcome at no additional charge.

This stunning panorama is further enhanced by the iconic red and white striped lighthouse and the historic St Mary's Church. Just a short drive from our luxurious barns, you'll discover a well-stocked village shop for all your everyday needs. When it comes to dining out, the welcoming atmosphere of the Hill House pub is within easy reach, while a slightly further afield (but well worth the short drive) The Star at Lessingham, a local favourite we highly recommend.

The market town of Stalham is 5 minutes drive from our barns with shops ,a supermarket and renowned family butchers Cawdrons Butchers which was established in 1971. The famous East Ruston Vicarage Gardens are nearby, and Smallsticks Cafe at Cart Gap is the ideal stop after a beach walk. Wroxham is a 20 minute drive away, and offers boat hire and river trips - a great jumping off point to explore the Norfolk Broads. The stately homes of Blickling and Felbrigg are within an easy drive, or Norwich is a half hour away with it's magnificent cathedral, cafes & restaurants as well as excellent shopping.
